🌿 Christian EFT Supervision

Integrating Faith, Healing, and Emotional Connection

Maybe you’ve noticed this quietly.

You sit in sessions, in supervision, or after a long day of clinical work
and sense that your faith shapes how you listen,
how you stay present with pain,
how you understand longing, hope, suffering, and the need for connection.

And at the same time, questions arise:

Is there really space for all of me here?
Does my faith belong in the room, or should it stay outside?
How do I integrate healing through God and Jesus
without stepping outside ethical, clinical, or EFT-grounded work?
Who sees not only my skills, but my heart, my values, my face behind the role?

Christian EFT Supervision is for therapists who want to feel finally understood
not only in what they do, but in who they are.

This is a supervision space where your face matters.
Where you do not have to split yourself into “professional” and “personal,”
and where your faith does not need to be hidden, defended, or performed.

I am a practicing Christian and a Christian counsellor,
and I hold this supervision space with deep respect for both
clinical integrity and spiritual humility.

🌱 Faith Is Welcome — Not Required

Christian EFT Supervision is not about turning therapy or supervision into something religious.
It is about integration, when faith already lives inside you
and quietly shapes how you show up as a therapist.

You do not need Christian clients.
You do not need to speak about faith in sessions.
And you do not need clear answers.

At the same time,
if you do work with Christian clients,
or if Christian counselling is part of your professional work,
this supervision space can hold that too.

We can work with both.

Together, we reflect on how EFT and Christian counselling
meet and support one another,
how they remain well-boundaried, ethically sound,
and always guided by client consent, autonomy, and clinical responsibility.

Faith is never imposed, interpreted, or prescribed.
It is held as a personal resource —
something that can support presence, compassion, and hope,
and something that can also be questioned, strained, or challenged
through the therapeutic work.

All of this belongs in supervision.

🌿 Healing Through God and Jesus Within EFT

For some therapists — and some clients —
healing is not only emotional and relational,
but also deeply spiritual.

In Christian EFT Supervision, there is space to explore
how healing through God and relationship with Jesus
can be integrated within Emotionally Focused Therapy
without replacing, overriding, or bypassing the therapeutic process.

We explore questions such as:

  • How can trust in God support emotional safety rather than bypass pain?

  • How do I integrate faith and attachment repair without rushing healing?

  • How can prayer or spiritual language be held in a trauma-sensitive, embodied way?

  • How do I remain grounded in EFT while honoring moments where faith becomes comfort or meaning?

In this work, EFT remains the clinical framework.
Attachment, emotion, and the therapeutic relationship stay central.

Healing through God and Jesus is never used as a shortcut.
It is approached with humility, discernment, and care —
always responsive to the client’s wishes, consent, and lived experience.

We pay close attention to boundaries, including:

  • the difference between therapy and spiritual guidance

  • explicit consent and client invitation

  • discernment between faith-based comfort and spiritual bypassing

  • holding suffering without prematurely “redeeming” it

In supervision, you are supported to find your own grounded way
of integrating Christian faith and EFT —
a way that is clinically responsible, ethically sound,
and deeply respectful of both the client’s journey and your own.

🧭 My Stance as a Christian EFT Supervisor

I work from a deeply attachment-based, trauma-sensitive EFT perspective.

In Christian EFT Supervision:

  • EFT remains the clinical anchor

  • emotional and relational safety come first

  • the client’s worldview is always respected

  • faith is never brought into therapy without consent

I understand faith as something that can support presence and compassion,
and something that can also be tender, activated, or shaken
through the work we do.

Both are welcome here.

Supervision is a place to slow down, reflect, and discern —
not to have answers, but to deepen presence.
