HEARTS & ACES in EFT Supervision
My supervision is informed by the HEARTS and ACES EFT supervision models.
That means we look at both your clinical skills and your experience as the therapist — including alliance, emotional attunement, EFT conceptualization, interventions, blocks, and what happens inside you in difficult moments.
The goal is not another checklist.
It is a clear map for growth.
EFT Supervision During Core Skills and Toward Certification
You do not need to wait until Core Skills are finished.
Supervision during Core Skills can help you apply what you are learning directly to real cases.
After Core Skills, we can continue refining your work or focus more specifically on EFT certification, including video review, competencies, Tango moves, RISSSC, enactments, and feedback.
Certification is only one possible goal.
You are equally welcome if your main goal is simply:
“I want to feel more confident doing EFT.”
Individual Online EFT Supervision Rates
Current Supervisor-in-Training Rate
60 minutes — CAD 140
90 minutes — CAD 195
★ Recommended for video review, role play, and deeper case work
The 90-minute format gives us more room to slow down the process, review clinical material, and actually practice interventions without rushing.
Limited Certification Recording Rate
For supervisees who consent to sessions being recorded and potentially used for my ICEEFT supervisor certification:
60 minutes — CAD 100
90 minutes — CAD 140

Recording is completely optional and requires separate informed consent.
Planned Standard Rate
60 minutes — CAD 200
90 minutes — CAD 280
Small group EFT supervision is also available.

About Astrid Machalitza
I am Astrid Machalitza, a Registered Psychotherapist, certified EFT therapist in EFCT, EFIT and EFFT, and an ICEEFT Supervisor-in-Training.
I offer online EFT supervision to therapists in Canada, Europe, and internationally, in English and German.
My goal is not to make you sound like your supervisor.
It is to help you understand EFT deeply enough that you can use it with more confidence while still sounding like you.
